Oakcha Return Policy?

Oakcha is pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can't be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that the returned item has been received. The approval or rejection of the refund will also be notified. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If a refund hasn’t been received yet, it's recommended to first check the bank account again. Then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If all of this has been done and the refund has not been received yet, please contact at info@oakcha.com.

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is needed, an email can be sent at info@oakcha.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, a gift credit for the value of the return will be received. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.
